They are very, very small but they are alive. They can get in through our nose or mouth and make us ill. They can get into our body through our skin, too. We must keep our body clean. We must wash our hands before meals. We must keep our fingernails clean. We must also think about our teeth and clean them twice a day. Germs can make teeth bad. A toothache is very painful. That's why we must visit our dentist regulary to be sure that everything is OK with our teeth. Our body also needs fresh air to breathe. We must have plenty of clean air to stay healthy.
